As a licensed insurance agent and our inside claim liaison at Rossbacher Insurance Service, Pam works with our clients to ensure proper handling of claims to include commercial / industrial and worker’s compensation. Pam is responsible for prompt and fair claim settlement as well as ensuring that our client’s are kept abreast of their claim situation. She works as a liaison between our customers and their respective claims adjuster. Pam and her husband, Kurt recently moved to Columbus with their children, Derek and Dana.
