Rossbacher Insurance Group with offices in Corry, Cranberry, and North East, was recognized with the Spirit of Philanthropy Award on behalf of the Corry Community Foundation.
The Spirit of Philanthropy Award honors people and organizations who encompass a spirit of giving back to the community for the greater good; recognizing the need to support each other to make everyone’s lives a little brighter.
Rossbacher Insurance was recognized for their “Generous financial support of school sports boosters, nonprofits and fundraisers, donating gifts for raffles and auctions; also providing bottled water to multiple organizations for a variety of events, and they encourage their staff to get involved within the community through volunteering for or serving non-profit organizations.”
Team Rossbacher currently holds two funds within the Corry Community Foundation; one created by Chip Colwell (former President of Rossbacher Insurance) in honor of his mentors, and one created by the current leadership team of Brad Allen, President; J.T. Colwell, Partner; and Scott Fogle, Partner.
Brad Allen accepted the award on behalf of Team Rossbacher, stating, “Our current team members gladly give back to the community, as it is praised and encouraged in our employee reviews. Team Rossbacher is honored to receive the Spirit of Philanthropy Award as it truly demonstrates our commitment to the core values of our company.”
