Everyone I talked to at Rossbacher was extremely friendly. Jeanie was not only vey quick to help me but was very understanding as this was my first time getting on my own insurance. Every encounter I have had with her she talks to me as if we have known each other for years. Overall, she made the whole experience so much easier for me.

It may have been as simple as a request for the cost for insurance on a vehicle I was thinking of purchasing or the cost of my renters insurance. Each and every time I could tell they were talking to me with a smile!
